Mousse T finished 2018 in the form of his life with the release of his 3rd studio album and one of the catchiest releases of the year in "Melodie". "Broken Blues" in its' album version is something of a downtempo groover and this makeover from Purple Disco Machine injects funk and disco elements that give it the extra energy needed to move the floor. The vocals are absolutely drenched in emotion and the combination of electronic bass, atmospheric guitars, strings and gently played keys work perfectly. The result is an atmospheric slice of disco infused house that will have a wide appeal.
