There are a couple of releases vying for tune of the week and this is right up there. Simon Marlin, (aka The Shapeshifters), teams up with New Jersey based vocalist Aria Lyric to create an authentic slice of disco complete with strings, horns, live bass and a stunning blend of keys. The result is a track that sounds like it belongs every bit as much back in disco's heyday as it does in today's digital world where many of us crave musical moments that remind us of golden eras we lived through while growing up. Impeccably constructed and utterly uplifting!
