Alison Limerick - Come Back For Real Love [Arista]

Given that it's one of the most instantly recognisable and enduring house anthems, It's fair to say that many of Alison Limerick's other releases have been overshadowed by "Where Love Lives", however there are several other high quality tracks from her career that are more than worthy of attention. "Come Back For Real Love" followed "Where Love Lives" into the commerical charts in the UK and featured the notable names of Arthur Baker and Paul Oakenfold on production and remix respectively. With Alison's distinctive and powerful vocals, a booming bassline and a striking keyboard arrangement this one also did some serious damage and I remember playing it regularly, (still struggle to comprehend that it was 30 years ago). Anyway, I've included the "Soul Rebellion Mix" which was my weapon of choice all those years ago.
