Micky More & Andy Tee really have been busy of late. This is the latest of several high profile remixes of old school house classics on which they've embarked. This time around it's Don Carlos' moody smouldering Italo House classic that receives their attention. First released on Calypso Records back in 1991 before seeing a US release through Irma Records the following year, it's a tune that also featured on Joey Negro's acclaimed "Italo House" compilation in 2014. The track itself is underpinned by a throbbing bassline and gorgeous keys with soothing strings and moody sax. The remix is highly respectful to the original, the pace feels similar but the percussion seems a little firmer. If this remix proves anything, it's that there's still plenty of life left in those classics from back in the day despite the passage of more than a quarter of a century.
